Report regarding the Public Consultation 

Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency - HERA (Class: 310-34/18-06/64 Reg.: 371-01-18-3),  from 29.th of May 2018, the Gas storage system operator - Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. – adopted the new Storage Code (unofficial translation) which is published in the Official Gazette No. 50/2018.

Regarding the proposal of the 5^th edition of the new Storage Code a Public Consultation has been held in the period from April 26 till May 13, 2018.

During Public Consultations the following remarks/suggestions have been received.

• Prvo plinarsko društvo d.o.o. Vukovar
• HEP-Trgovina d.o.o., Zagreb
• HEP-Opskrba plinom d.o.o., Zagreb
