History

At the beginning of 2007, INA d.d. began activities of separating natural gas storage activities from its other activities, including cooperation with MINGORP on the preparation of legislation related to underground storage of natural gas.

Coming to a close at the end of 2008 were activities on the foundation of INA's daughter company - Podzemno Skladište Plina d.o.o. for natural gas storage (January 1, 2009), with 43 employees and with founding capital of 535 020  100.00 HRK.

Until April 30, 2009, Podzemno Skladište Plina d.o.o. operated within INA d.d.

As of November 27, 2009, Podzemno Skladište Plina d.o.o. was transferred into the ownership of Plinacro d.o.o. for transport and trade of natural gas. The company's head office is located at the address Savska cesta 88/a, Zagreb.

In 2009, PSP d.o.o. achieved revenues of 170.26 million HRK. The net profit of 61.89 million HRK was held by the owner in order to return the EBRD loan taken to purchase PSP.

In 2010, PSP d.o.o. employed 56 employees, had no liquidity issues, no outstanding obligations, and achieved total revenues of 157.4 million HRK and a net profit of 35.5 million HRK.
